IronCoat metal cable reels combine the advantages of a classic sheet steel cable reel with improved protection against dangerous contact voltages. The special patented protective insulation of the side parts protects against electric shocks caused by defective cable strands when the cable is rolled up. As a result, no current can be delivered from the inside to parts of the cable drum that can be touched over a large area, which ensures protection against serious damage to health.
