ROTOMIX or ROTOQUIRL ? ADVANTAGES AND DIFFERENCES
 

Additional remixing improves the mortar properties and allows you to make full use of the material quality. The PFT ROTOQUIRL has a larger pot (content 4.2 l) than the PFT ROTOMIX, and so it has the advantage that the material can remain in the mixing zone for a longer time. The impeller used in the remixer is directly driven by the pump motor (conveyor spiral with tang).
FUNCTION

The size of the larger air bubbles in the mortar is reduced, and thus they are stabilized by the remixer. Therefore these air bubbles do not burst when the material flows out of the mortar nozzle. This makes the mortar softer and more productive. As a result of the intensive remixing, the mortar has no knots and can be applied easily, quickly, and smoothly. Intensive remixing also makes the aggregates fully effective. It is possible to work with an optimum water-gypsum factor. Soft mortar showing good elastic properties as finished gypsum plaster is produced. The use of a remixer results in higher mortar output in almost all cases
